The AMA restaurant in Nantes – La Beaujoire can accommodate up to 150 guests. Our restaurant room is air-conditioned, and a private lounge "La Verrière" is at your disposal.
Our chef, Arthur, showcases his expertise to whet your appetite with his recipes featuring regional flavors. Indeed, the Nantes restaurant collaborates with several local producers to ensure the best quality for its customers.
Additionally, the kitchen team offers a daily dish, both daily and vegetarian.
Our restaurant is open from Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm. All guests are welcome, whether or not they are staying at the hotel. The AMA Restaurant welcomes everyone without distinction.
At lunchtime and on weekends, the restaurant can be opened for group bookings. It is also possible to privatise the dining area for various cocktail receptions, celebrations, and family meals, upon request.

Finally, hotel guests may enjoy our room service for €5.00, available on request.
The Rouillon farm in La Meilleraye-de-Bretagne has been organic certified since 1998. They supply us with their oils, which you can find in the dressings and other Chef's preparations!
This organic farm located in Abbaretz provides us with beef, among other things for our burgers.
The artisanal cheese dairy that produces Curé Nantais is located in Pornic. This cheese is known and recognized throughout the region.
In the selection of burgers, you will find the Ama Vegetarian Burger made with a delicious mushroom cream.
Currently, in our menu, you will find at least one vegetarian appetizer, one vegetarian main course, and all vegetarian desserts!
Because every little face deserves a menu worthy of AMA, we offer tailored menus for your children.
The children's menu consists of 3 courses (an appetizer, a main course, and a dessert), in a child-sized portion at the price of €15.00.
