La Centrale du Bocal describes itself as an ecological caterer. Located in the neighbouring department of the Vendée, our supplier of meals in jars works exclusively with fresh products and adds no colouring or preservatives. Their credentials should satisfy even the most discerning palate.

Breakfast at the hotel
of Nantes La Beaujoire
The Coteaux Nantais based in Vertou, a town near Nantes, supply us with jams and jellies gourmet.
The well known and recognized biscuit factory Saint-Michel provides us with the biscuits and madeleines that you can find in the morning on our breakfast buffet.
The Orizet bakery mixes the different breads that we will offer you. Do not hesitate to taste their specialities directly in their bakery located at 1 km from our establishment hotel.

The breakfast buffet opens at 6:00 am and is available until 9:00 am during the week and 10:00 am at the weekend.
