Really enjoyed pur stay .....we had 4 rooms for a family event ...hotel kindly organised drinks for a family and friends after a funeral

nous sommes heureux de vous avoir accueilli pour la coupe du monde de rugby ,dans une belle ambiance.
pour le restaurant nous sommes restés ouvert le premier soir ,mais pas assez de réservations, pour rester ouvert tout le weekend.

Top marks, staff werw very welcoming. Room was quiet and a/c was excellent. Fare available for breakfast was very good. I would have no hesitation in staying in the Brit Hotel, Nantes, again

During the stay at the hotel, everything was in perfect order. As the receptionist is the first and last person with whom the customer comes into contact, she/he should be equipped with the necessary language to be able to understand the customer's requirements and to avoid misunderstandings.

je prends note de votre retour, mais nous ne gérons pas la compagnie de taxi,
il ne pouvait se déplacer pour honorer cette course ,et en votre absence j'ai rappelé une deuxième qui
ne pouvait pas assurer cette course, sachez que nous nous employons à prendre nos clients en charge au maximum de nos capacités,
et nous comprenons votre désarroi pour être à l'heure pour prendre votre avion .
et pour vos prochains déplacement en France pour votre confort commander le taxi la veille de votre départ en grande ville c'est plus compliqué.
